The white desert:
The land of the pharaohs continues to fascinate us as much as the magic brought by the ancient Egyptians.
220 km from Cairo to Bahariya oasis where the Bedouins have been living for thousands of years, it takes by car around 4 hours, From Bahariya oasis we can reach the white desert which looks completely like snow and fascinated all the travellers.

There are some wells as well which create around small oases like a well-known area called Ain Khadra, the green spring, sits in a small depression of the same name 12 to 13 meters deep and 8 km long, This small oasis, what people expect a desert oasis to be, has become the meeting place of the white desert.
Acacia tree atop the hillock near the spring, in bloom in November and December twists, turns and spreads like an umbrella, what caused shade, which is the golden wish of all the travellers of the desert, which make the place looks like a paradise.
The chalk talks:
The white chalk rocks of the white desert come in hundred of forms, each one reminiscent of something familiar: a sphinx, camel, tent and even a huge whale, the area which called the new white desert is the most popular because of accessibility, offer a variety of chalk sculptures within walking distance of each other, it holds a number of forms that have been given names by travellers. some are called mushrooms because they are large on top and narrow and stem-like on the bottom.
Finally, in an area called Alagba,( the desert wonders ) the desert roses are scattering like they are welcoming those people who appreciate nature, and the crystal mountain as a unique bonus from the desert fox.
